Job summary

tamemit is seeking a part-time Change Manager to support Enterprise Digital Transformation initiatives in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. You will lead change strategies, engage stakeholders, assess readiness, drive user adoption, and ensure smooth implementation across business units.

You will develop adoption plans, act as liaison between project teams and users, identify champions, manage risks, and align changes with EDT timelines and business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Business Transformation, or EDT initiatives.
• Experience with EDT projects involving business users and operational teams.
• Hands-on experience with transformation via traditional software development and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Experience engaging with business stakeholders and end users throughout the EDT lifecycle.
• Experience managing organizational change and user adoption activities.

• Identify stakeholders and assess organizational readiness for EDT programs.
• Define change impact across business units and user groups.
• Create adoption plans aligned with EDT project timelines and business objectives.

Qualifications & Abilities

• 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Business Transformation, or Enterprise Digital Transformation (EDT) initiatives.
• Proven experience supporting EDT projects involving business users and operational teams.
• Hands-on experience in transformation initiatives delivered through:
  Traditional software development projects.
• Low-Code / No-Code platforms (such as Microsoft Power Platform, Mendix, OutSystems, or similar)
• Experience working on system implementation or transformation projects (ERP, CRM, portals, workflow automation, or enterprise applications).
• Experience engaging with business stakeholders and end users throughout the EDT lifecycle.
• Experience managing organizational change and user adoption activities.

Must have requirements

• Certified in PROSCI is a must
• Expert knowledge in Agile methodologies.
