Qualifications

• Bachelors in Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field; a Masters is preferred.
• 15+ years in change management, organizational development or related areas.
• Proven leadership of change initiatives in complex environments, esp. construction or infrastructure.
• Certifications in change management like Prosci or ACMP are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and executive engagement skills in English.

JASARA PMC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - Change to lead our change management initiatives across various projects and operational areas. In this influential role you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and enhance stakeholder engagement during periods of transition. The Senior Manager - Change will work closely with project teams leadership and various stakeholders to ensure that changes are seamlessly integrated into the organization s culture and processes. You will play a critical role in assessing change impacts, defining change objectives and establishing best practices for managing change.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies that align with JASARA PMC s vision and goals.
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the impact of changes on people, processes, and systems.
• Create communication plans and materials to inform and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead training sessions and workshops to prepare employees for upcoming changes and build change competency within the organization.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, recommending adjustments as necessary to ensure successful adoption.
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate change management practices into project planning and execution.
• Foster a culture of open communication where feedback is encouraged and acted upon.
• Work closely with leaders to support their change management efforts and address any challenges that arise.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members on best practices in change management.
• Stay abreast of change management trends, tools and methodologies ensuring JASARA PMC remains at the forefront of industry practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading change initiatives in complex environments, particularly in the construction or infrastructure sectors.
• Professional certifications in change management methodologies such as Prosci or ACMP are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with professional proficiency in English and the ability to influence and engage executive leadership, project managers, client-side leadership, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Experience with change management tools and frameworks, including training and adoption tools, with a strong ability to adapt approaches to different projects.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and developing communications plans for change initiatives.
• Prior experience in the Saudi Arabian market or regional market.
