Job summary

Team Saudi in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Change Management to spearhead and embed change capabilities across SOPC+ digital transformation initiatives. You will drive adoption, stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness to maximize value from SAP and enterprise platforms.

This role bridges strategy, delivery, and people impact, aligning change activities with program delivery plans and measuring outcomes to continuously improve effectiveness across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of digital change management strategies aligned with SOPC’s digital transformation roadmap.
• Ensure consistent application of change management methodologies across strategic digital programs.
• Drive adoption and behavioral change to support successful implementation of digital solutions, including SAP and enterprise platforms.
• Identify key stakeholders and develop targeted engagement plans to address change impacts.
• Develop and oversee integrated communication plans that articulate the vision, benefits, and progress of digital initiatives.
• Assess organizational readiness and conduct impact assessments for digital initiatives and transformation programs.
• Define mitigation actions to address people, process, and capability gaps from digital change.
• Coordinate training enablement and knowledge transfer activities with relevant teams.
• Work closely with Strategic Programs Delivery, Enterprise Architecture, IT, and Data teams to embed change activities within program delivery plans.
• Support demand intake and prioritization by assessing change complexity and adoption risks of proposed initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between change activities, solution design, and delivery timelines.
• Define and track change management KPIs to measure adoption, engagement, and effectiveness of digital initiatives.
• Provide insights and reporting on change outcomes to senior leadership.

• Drive adoption and behavioral change to support successful implementation of digital solutions, including SAP and enterprise platforms.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Identify key stakeholders and develop targeted engagement plans to address change impacts across SOPC entities.
• Develop and oversee integrated communication plans that clearly articulate the vision, benefits, and progress of digital initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on change readiness, resistance management, and adoption risks.

Organizational Readiness & Impact Management

• Assess organizational readiness and conduct impact assessments for digital initiatives and transformation programs.
• Define mitigation actions to address people, process, and capability gaps resulting from digital change.
• Coordinate training enablement and knowledge transfer activities in collaboration with relevant teams.

Program & Delivery Alignment

• Work closely with Strategic Programs Delivery, Enterprise Architecture, IT, and Data teams to ensure change activities are fully embedded within program delivery plans.
• Support demand intake and prioritization by assessing change complexity and adoption risks of proposed initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between change activities, solution design, and delivery timelines.

Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement

• Define and track change management KPIs to measure adoption, engagement, and effectiveness of digital initiatives.
• Provide insights and reporting on change outcomes to senior leadership.
• Continuously refine change management approaches based on lessons learned and evolving organizational needs.
