Job summary

Riyadh Air is seeking a delivery leader to own the end-to-end delivery of its Loyalty technology portfolio. You will ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget, partnering with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Digital, and external tech partners.

The role focuses on rewards accrual, redemption, tier management, and seamless integrations across the loyalty ecosystem. You will drive governance, mitigate risks, and enable successful product launches with a culture of accountability

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, project management, or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of loyalty technology portfolio and ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Plan releases and manage delivery roadmaps across the Offer & Order ecosystem, including loyalty capabilities and integrations.
• Establish governance frameworks, drive agile delivery excellence, and foster high-performing, accountable teams.
