Job summary
Grundfos GmbH is seeking a Senior Logistics Specialist to lead end-to-end logistics from Riyadh, advancing delivery excellence across the Middle East and Egypt. You will optimize inbound/outbound flows, collaborate with freight forwarders and customs brokers, and drive KPI improvements to support growth and compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations in the Middle East and Egypt.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi customs procedures, import/export regulations, and local trade compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and logistics management tools.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations across the Middle East and Egypt.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Monitor and optimize logistics KPIs such as on-time delivery, freight costs, and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi customs regulations, import/export requirements, and Grundfos quality standards.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and planning teams to align logistics activities with demand forecasts.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
