Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company 1 seeks a Senior Manager, Leadership Development to own the leadership curriculum end to end, from needs analysis to design and hands-on delivery. The role requires facilitating sessions and coaching senior leaders directly, not just design.

You will lead TNA for the leadership pillar, align programs with business priorities, and build scalable coaching and trainer capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in leadership, management, or executive development with enterprise-wide interventions in large, complex organizations.
• Prior experience owning training needs analysis or capability gap assessments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the leadership development framework and curriculum spanning frontline supervisors through senior leaders.
• Own training needs analysis (TNA) for the leadership pillar identifying leadership gaps and future capability requirements directly with business leaders.
• Personally deliver leadership training sessions across levels and coach business leaders as part of the department’s coaching culture.
• Build leadership development capability within HR Business Partners and Line Managers so expertise scales beyond the central team.
