Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Lead Planner in Saudi Arabia to own planning and schedule reporting for a closeout portfolio. The role sets standards, develops demobilization and closeout schedules, and leads schedule reviews with diverse teams to support critical decisions.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years in planning, 10+ years on major GCC projects, and proven ability to forecast and manage complex schedules across multi-billion SAR portfolios.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of planning and scheduling experience.
• Minimum 10 years on major projects in Saudi Arabia and/or the GCC.
• Experience on mega-projects or mixed-use programs with multi-billion SAR portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Own schedule reporting across the portfolio and manage the update, review, and reporting cycle.
• Set planning standards, coding rules, templates, calendars, and quality checks.
• Develop integrated demobilization, preservation, termination, and closeout schedules.
• Prepare schedule forecasts covering milestones, remaining activities, interfaces and closure dates.
• Perform critical path, near-critical path, float, and schedule health analyses.
• Lead schedule review meetings with project teams and stakeholders.
