You will integrate schedule management, risk, information management, change control, and interfaces throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accurate and transparent reporting to support decisions.

You will provide leadership to the controls team, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Extensive project controls and scheduling experience in construction or infrastructure delivery.
• Experience across contractor and consultancy environments preferred.
• Strong technical, contractual, and commercial knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and develop project controls teams and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the project controls function, integrating schedule, reporting, risk, information management, change control, and interface management activities across the project lifecycle.
• Prepare, maintain, and review internal project schedules aligned with governance and contractual obligations.
• Review contractor baseline schedules and updates, identify discrepancies, and coordinate outcomes with teams and contractors.
• Develop and maintain progress measurement, forecasting, performance reporting, and schedule management tools.
• Review contractor progress reports for accuracy, justification, and calendar alignment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to obtain, validate, and consolidate project information.
• Prepare and maintain project risk registers, facilitate risk workshops, monitor mitigation actions, and analyze performance.
• Oversee project information and document control processes, including SharePoint workflows and version control.
• Establish and manage project change control processes and interface registers.
• Develop and maintain project and asset interface registers and monitor dependencies.
• Provide reporting and insights to senior leadership and support decision-making.
• Lead, coach, and develop the project controls team, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
