Power International Holding (PIH) is seeking a Senior Lead Estimator to generate and manage construction cost estimates, budgets and related studies across pre-construction, tendering and construction phases. The role requires leadership in cost forecasting, supplier coordination, and comprehensive tender analysis.

The candidate will review drawings, supervise quantity take-offs, and ensure data accuracy while maintaining confidentiality. GCC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with cost estimating for large construction projects.
• Ability to analyze drawings and specifications for detailed estimates.
• Knowledge of market pricing, procurement, and subcontractor management.

Responsabilités

• Ensure efficient relationship with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive pricing.
• Develop schematic cost models using historic benchmarking and industry data.
• Review tender docs for ambiguities, risks and key issues for the tender team.
