Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) is seeking a Tendering and Estimation Director in Saudi Arabia to oversee the tendering and estimation resources, directing pricing strategy, risk management, and deal strategy development. Qualifications

• Expertise in project tendering, estimation, costing, and rate analysis.
• Contract management and administration knowledge.
• Ability to lead teams and drive service delivery improvements.
• ERP knowledge, SAP preferred to succeed in the role.

Responsibilities

• Formulate bidding strategies, pricing models, and bid/no-bid decisions.
• Oversee tendering process from opportunity identification to submission and negotiation.
• Lead estimation team to prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, equipment and overheads.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation for tender submissions.
• Negotiate terms with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare high-quality tender documents and proposals.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements, deadlines and queries.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders to boost competitiveness.
• Monitor tender performance and profitability to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide leadership and develop high-performing teams in tendering and estimation.
