Job summary

Baazeem Trading Company in the Eastern Province seeks an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow our key accounts business in the Eastern Region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG distribution, modern trade operations, customer negotiations, and commercial performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years FMCG sales experience, including at least 3 years in Key Account Management.
• Proven experience managing modern trade accounts and major retail chains.
• Strong knowledge of the Eastern Region FMCG market.
• Demonstrated success in customer negotiations, revenue growth, and profitability management.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute key account strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Manage relationships with major modern trade customers and key retail chains.
• Lead annual business negotiations, commercial agreements, promotional plans, and joint business planning (JBP).
• Monitor sales performance, trade spending, customer profitability, and collections.
• Identify business growth opportunities and improve market share.
• Ensure effective execution of promotional activities, product availability, and merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain, finance, and category management teams.
• Prepare sales forecasts, account performance reports, and business reviews.
