Job summary

You will mentor engineers, drive Agile/Scrum practices, and collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Java/J2EE development with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Liferay portal development and integration.
• Experience with microservices, cloud deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Java developers to deliver scalable, secure web portals.
• Define technical architecture, coding standards, and reviews of designs and code.
• Mentor team members and drive Agile/Scrum practices for continuous delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, and Architects to translate requirements into solutions.
• Ensure performance, security, and integration with ERP/CRM systems.
