Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years in Technical Lead / Development Lead roles.
• Strong background in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices in enterprise settings.
• Experience designing APIs and implementing security controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and development of complex applications and digital platforms.
• Translate architecture and requirements into Low-Level Design and APIs.
• Review designs for scalability, security and performance.
• Drive engineering best practices, standards, and reusable components.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve complex issues.
