Job summary

SITA in Riyadh is seeking a senior software engineering professional to lead development, maintenance and support of enterprise-scale applications, ensuring quality, security and reliability. You will drive complex issue resolution, coordinate releases, and collaborate across architecture, operations and business teams.

The role requires deep Java expertise, experience with CoolGen, and strong SDLC/Agile knowledge, with fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

5+ years experience in a Software Engineering environment.
Proven expertise in Java application development and support.
Experience with CoolGen development and maintenance is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of system integration concepts, APIs, web services, and distributed architectures.

Responsibilities

Lead development, maintenance and support of enterprise-scale software applications and services.
Oversee releases, enhancements, defect resolution, and reporting across cross-functional teams.
Drive analysis and resolution of complex technical issues and root-cause investigations.
Manage end-to-end software development lifecycle including planning, estimation, implementation and post-production support.
Promote best practices, development standards and process improvements.
