Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional certification in either Data Analytics, Data Security, Information System solution architect, IT network, IT audit or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance applications and create new ones based on customer requirements.
• Design, document, test, and implement software solutions and OS-level software.
• Lead projects and coordinate IT analysts; provide training and guidance to end users and staff.
• Create user documentation and department policies for application systems; monitor releases.
• Ensure cybersecurity guidelines and change control procedures are followed.
