Job summary

Tahreez in Riyadh is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to install, maintain and support computer systems, networks and hardware across the Tahreez office. The candidate will troubleshoot incidents, ensure system uptime and coordinate with vendors.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science and at least 5 years in IT help desk or IT support. Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, networks, backups, patch management, security best practices, AD, and ticketing tools is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in IT Help Desk, Technical Support, or IT Support.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues in a business environment.
• Experience managing user accounts, access rights, and Active Directory (or similar directory services).
• Experience with system backups, patch management, and basic disaster recovery procedures.
• Prior involvement in IT projects or technology rollouts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and other IT equipment
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Monitor and maintain network performance, security, and connectivity
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
• Install software updates, patches, and antivirus solutions
• Perform regular system backups and assist with disaster recovery planning
