Job summary

Accenture Middle East is seeking a Security Delivery Associate Manager in Riyadh to lead cybersecurity engineering operations across network, endpoint, IAM, and vulnerability management. You will mentor a team, implement robust security controls, and drive transformation initiatives aligned with client needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, present status updates to clients, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest standards of data

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, engineering, and transformation.
• Expertise in network security, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and IAM.
• Strong leadership with experience mentoring cybersecurity teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of cybersecurity engineering functions, ensuring protection across network security, endpoint security, IAM, and vulnerability management.
• Manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance, technical oversight, and mentorship.
• Design and implement effective security measures to protect sensitive data and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Drive cyber transformation initiatives aimed at improving the security posture of the organization.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead incident response efforts and ensure timely remediation of identified vulnerabilities and risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into operational processes and new technology deployments.
• Present progress reports and operational status to clients, ensuring alignment with security objectives and business goals.
• Ensure the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of critical services and infrastructure.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies, and proactively recommend improvements.
• Lead or participate in audits, security reviews, and regulatory compliance efforts.
