Job summary

Parsons in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Interface & Logistics Manager to coordinate multi-contractor interfaces, logistics planning, and regulatory coordination on a major infrastructure program. You will lead interface management, oversee logistics, and ensure safe, on-time delivery of works in a live environment.

You will collaborate with authorities, utilities, and clients, maintain PMIS records, and drive HSSE compliance while delivering clear action ownership and robust reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure, utilities or industrial projects.
• Experience with interface management and logistics coordination on multi-contractor projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project interface management across contracts and disciplines.
• Coordinate logistics across multiple contractors and authorities to optimize safety and efficiency.
• Maintain PMIS records, prepare status reports and KPIs for management.
• Ensure HSSE compliance and manage escalation/path to prevent delays.
