Job summary

Parsons seeks an experienced Interface Manager to lead digital infrastructure delivery in Riyadh. You will establish interface frameworks across fiber, data centers, towers, and utilities, coordinating design and construction teams for timely handover.

You will manage cross‑discipline interfaces, risk registers, and approval processes, ensuring compliance with standards and stakeholder requirements across a major city program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, ICT, Telecommunications, Digital Infrastructure, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications in interface management, project management, systems integration, telecommunications, BIM, GIS, or digital infrastructure are preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in interface management, digital infrastructure coordination, telecoms, ICT, smart city systems, utilities, data centers, or major infrastructure delivery.
• Strong experience managing Interface Control Documents, interface registers, cross‑discipline coordination, BIM and GIS clash resolution, authority interfaces, operator interfaces, risk closure, and handover evidence.

Responsibilities

• Define interface management procedures, workflows, governance structures, and reporting methods for design, engineering, construction, and delivery teams.
• Establish the interface control framework across digital infrastructure packages including fiber networks, towers, data centers, utilities, smart systems, MMRs, POPs, and telecom corridors.
• Chair interface coordination meetings and ensure actions, decisions, risks, and dependencies are tracked against project standards and masterplan requirements.
• Identify and document all technical, contractual, operational, authority, and stakeholder interfaces across digital infrastructure workstreams.
• Maintain and update Interface Control Documents across disciplines, contractors, consultants, EPCs, operators, utility providers, and client teams.
• Develop and control interface registers, issue logs, dependency trackers, mitigation plans, escalation records, and closure evidence.
