Job summary

Parsons seeks an experienced Interface Manager to lead and coordinate complex interfaces across civil, structural, MEP, ICT, ELV, and other disciplines on large-scale projects in Riyadh. You will drive ICDs, IRMs, and cross-functional collaboration with contractors, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring timely resolution of clashes and interface risks.

You will manage interface workflows, establish governance, and support planning and project controls to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of interface management, engineering coordination, construction management, or project delivery.
• Airport/aviation interface management experience preferred.
• PMP/CAPM certification is an advantage.
• Interface Management / Systems Engineering training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day interface management activities across project areas and packages.
• Establish and maintain the Interface Management Plan, procedures, workflows, and governance requirements.
• Develop and maintain the Interface Register / ICD.
• Coordinate interfaces between Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Commissioning, Quality, HSE, Planning, Commercial, and Operations.
• Coordinate interfaces between multiple contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and project packages.
• Identify interface requirements early and assign responsibilities to parties.
• Maintain IRM and interface ownership structures.
• Coordinate with BIM / Digital Engineering teams to resolve clashes.
• Support multidisciplinary design coordination and constructability reviews.
• Monitor interface-related actions and ensure timely closure.
