Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead supervision of roads, bridges, highways and tunnels in Saudi Arabia. You will drive technical oversight, contract administration, QA/QC and HSE compliance, coordinating with clients, contractors and authorities to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 20 years in construction supervision of roads, bridges, highways, and tunnels.
• 5+ years in Saudi Arabia or GCC in a consultancy role.
• Experience with MOT, Aramco standards or similar authorities.
• Proven knowledge of FIDIC or similar contracts.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction supervision team for major infrastructure projects.
• Manage day-to-day operations ensuring contract compliance with documents, specs, quality standards and local regs.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subconsultants and authorities to resolve issues.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee QA/QC and HSE compliance on-site.
• Review method statements, shop drawings, RFIs and submittals.
• Monitor contractor performance, track delays or variations, support change orders and claims.
• Lead progress meetings and report to senior management and the client.
• Ensure milestones and deliverables meet budget and schedule.
