The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 15 years' experience in infrastructure projects. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications.
  Experience with mega road/highway projects in the Middle East.
• Familiarity with Saudi building codes and highway regulations.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
