Job summary

DAR AL RIYADH is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead large infrastructure and city development projects in Riyadh. You will oversee site engineering, cost control, scheduling, and quality, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.

You will collaborate with government agencies, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, drive continuous improvement, manage risk, and mentor the construction team to achieve milestones with safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from a Ministry of Education-accredited university.
• 15+ years of practical experience in managing large infrastructure or city development projects.
• Proven track record as a construction manager on international or governmental sites.
• Leadership experience managing site engineering, project control, HSE, contracts, and procurement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction management for large projects ensuring scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
• Manage site engineering, cost control, schedule, HSE, contracts, supply management, and quality control.
• Build relationships with government agencies and regulatory bodies for approvals and coordination.
• Drive continuous improvement and talent development within the construction team.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies and project controls.
