Job summary

Fakeeh Care is seeking an Implementation Engineer to deploy, configure, and integrate software solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery that meets requirements and quality standards.

The role involves planning, testing, training, and providing ongoing support, with travel to client sites as needed. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred along with a strong IT background.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of software development and integration, including proficiency in programming languages, APIs, and databases.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients and gather requirements.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in software implementation, project management, or technical support.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the client and the technical team, ensuring clear communication of requirements.
