Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 12 to 15 years of professional experience in ICT Infrastructure and Data Center Operations.
• Strong knowledge of data center physical facilities, power, cooling, compute, storage, and virtualization.
• Proven expertise in capacity planning, high-availability architecture, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience supporting large-scale or city-wide enterprise ICT environments.
• Excellent analytical, risk management, and communication abilities.
• Residency/work authorization to operate on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Manage mission-critical data center facilities and hosting environments, including power, cooling, and physical infrastructure.
• Oversee enterprise compute, storage, virtualization, and backup infrastructure platforms.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance across all systems.
• Monitor resource capacity and ensure infrastructure is sized for future demand.
• Coordinate maintenance routines and vendor technical support activities.
• Lead incident resolution, capacity planning, and infrastructure optimization.
• Drive troubleshooting across hardware, networking, and virtualization layers.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and data governance policies.
• Produce operational reports, capacity forecasts, and runbooks.
