Job summary

HITACHI ENERGY LTD in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, seeks a GIS I&C Supervisor to cover installation, commissioning and fault elimination for PGHV projects. You will lead on-site activities, ensure safety and compliance, and coordinate with project managers and sub-suppliers.

The role requires a bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, 2–5 years of GIS experience, and proficiency in English; MS Project skills and SF6 handling knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2-5 years GIS experience preferred.
• Experience with SF6 gas-handling and PGHV Transmission & Sub transmission GIS product knowledge preferred.
• Ability to use MS Project professionally.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out installation and maintenance work independently.
• Ensuring compliance with installation requirements and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with sub-suppliers' installation superintendent for workforce planning.
• Coordinate with PG Project Manager on status of completed work.
• Inspecting arriving material for completeness and damage; coordinating material handling.
• Supervising final installation & commissioning tests and documentation.
