Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, seeks a GIS Installation and Commissioning Team Lead to direct field services and lead a GIS team on-site. You will manage daily site activity, ensure on-time execution of orders for new assembly, maintenance and commissioning, monitor project cost and scheduling, and coach team members to meet safety and technical standards.

Strong coordination with PMs and site supervisors, regular site visits, and adherence to Hitachi Energy’s safety and integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of GIS experience.
• GIS certification is a must.
• Strong knowledge of SF6 gas handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead GIS field services and manage daily site activity.
• Ensure on-time execution of orders for assembly, maintenance and commissioning.
• Monitor project cost, schedule and materials; report progress.
• Coach team and maintain competency matrix; emphasize safety and technical standards.
