Job summary

PACC Offshore Services Holdings Ltd in Saudi Arabia seeks a proactive HSSEQ Superintendent to lead operational assurance for a defined marine fleet segment, ensuring IMS implementation across vessels and full compliance with ISM, ISPS, MLC, MARPOL, ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001.

The role oversees Offshore HSSEQ Managers, coaches vessel leadership, drives performance improvement, manages risk profiles, leads incident investigations, and coordinates client HSSE interfaces and audits, requiring 10+

Qualifications

Degree in Nautical Studies, Engineering or any relevant degree.

Responsibilities

Lead Strategic & Operational Oversight for a defined segment of the marine fleet, owning HSSEQ KPIs across the segment.
Maintain a live risk register for geographic and asset-specific risks.
Plan and execute vessel visits, safety inspections, ISM internal audits, and ISPS security assessments.
Provide coaching and guidance to Offshore HSSEQ PIC and Masters on incident investigations, PTW audits, and safety culture interventions.
Verify competency requirements for offshore HSSEQ PIC and vessel safety officers.
Lead or accelerate HiPo incidents and major environmental breaches, ensure root-cause analyses.
Coordinate client HSSE interfaces, pre-qualification, and tender responses for HSSE sections.
Monitor compliance with ISM, ISPS, MLC, MARPOL and ISO standards and advise on upcoming surveys.
