Job summary

Catalyst Talent Strategy Consulting is seeking a Regional HSES Lead for Saudi Arabia with frequent site travel, including offshore. The role drives safety culture, leads audits, and ensures compliance with ISO standards and national regulations.

You will develop regional HSES strategies, mentor teams, and implement risk controls, PTW, and emergency plans while collaborating with operations, contractors, regulators, and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OH&S or related field.
• NEBOSH International or IOSH certification.
• Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
• 7–10 years in HSES with 5+ years in leadership in oil & gas or inspection services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and monitoring of regional HSES strategies and SMART KPIs.
• Promote safety leadership and behavioral safety across all levels.
• Drive continuous improvement from data-driven insights.
• Maintain regulatory compliance plans and adherence to HSES laws.
• Lead PTW systems and risk assessments for high-risk activities like work at height.
• Serve as primary liaison during audits and with regulators/clients.
• Design and deliver HSES training for employees and contractors.
• Develop annual emergency response plans and drills.
• Report HSES performance to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global sites to align HSES objectives.
