Job summary

PACC Offshore Services Holdings Limited is seeking a Superintendent to provide proactive HSSEQ leadership for a marine fleet segment. Responsibilities include managing HSSEQ KPIs, auditing vessels, and client interaction to ensure compliance with ISM and ISO standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Nautical Studies or Engineering, possess ten or more years of relevant experience, and be well-versed in operational assurance and risk management in marine settings.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in operations or HSE & Quality.
• Strong knowledge of ISM, ISPS, MLC, MARPOL standards.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all HSSEQ KPIs across the assigned fleet segment.
• Maintain a live risk register for the segment.
• Plan and execute vessel visits and safety inspections.
• Provide technical guidance and performance feedback.
• Coordinate with major oil companies on HSSE initiatives.
