Job summary

Pacc Offshore Services Holdings Ltd. seeks an experienced Superintendent to provide proactive HSSEQ leadership across a defined marine fleet segment and drive IMS implementation while aligning with ISM/ISPS/MARPOL/ISO standards.

You will plan vessel visits, conduct safety inspections, lead incident investigations, and coordinate with client HSSE teams. A Nautical/Engineering degree and a Class 1 Master/Engineer certificate plus 10+ years in operations or HSE are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nautical Studies, Engineering, or related field.
• CoC Class 1 Master/Engineer.
• >=10 years in operations, HSE or quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide HSSEQ leadership across the fleet segment.
• Plan rolling visits, safety inspections, and internal audits.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Interface with client HSSE teams and support tenders.
