AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead and oversee Health, Safety and Environmental activities across its operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role reports to Regional HSE leadership and focuses on implementing HSE standards, regulatory compliance, and fostering a strong safety culture across offices and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH International Diploma/IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, or equivalent.
• Minimum 15+ years of HSE experience, preferably in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or project management environments.
• Strong knowledge of KSA HSE regulations, international safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Experience implementing and managing HSE Management Systems within large organizations.
• Proven track record in risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Experience managing HSE requirements related to accommodations, transportation, and driving safety programs.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within KSA to support offices and project locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide HSE leadership and oversight for all AtkinsRéalis operations within KSA.
• Promote a just safety culture across business units and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with GHSEMS and local regulatory requirements.
• Support project managers and operational leaders on HSE matters.
• Conduct HSE risk assessments and recommend mitigations.
• Monitor incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Assist with HSE audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.
• Develop and deliver HSE training and awareness campaigns.
• Engage with clients, contractors, regulators, and authorities on HSE matters.
• Track HSE KPIs and prepare management reports.
• Travel within KSA to support offices and project locations.
