Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety, and Environmental activities across its KSA operations. You will ensure regulatory and corporate compliance, drive a strong safety culture, and collaborate with project teams, clients, and authorities to improve safety and wellbeing performance.

The role requires 15+ years of HSE experience, knowledge of ISO standards, and ability to travel within KSA. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH International Diploma/IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, or equivalent.
• 15+ years of HSE experience in engineering, construction, or project management environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide HSE leadership, guidance, and oversight for all KSA operations.
• Promote a positive, just safety culture across units and projects.
• Ensure compliance with corporate HSE standards and local regulations.
• Support project managers and leadership on HSE matters.
• Conduct HSE risk assessments and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Monitor incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver HSE training and awareness campaigns.
