Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking an experienced Senior HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental activities for a major Riyadh infrastructure project as part of the PMCM team. The role provides strategic HSE leadership, oversees contractor compliance, and champions a positive safety culture while ensuring alignment with Saudi regulations and international best practices.

The candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, NEBOSH Diploma or CSP/CMIOSH, 15+ years HSE

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
NEBOSH Diploma, CSP, CMIOSH, or equivalent certification.
Minimum 15 years HSE experience, including 8 years in a Senior HSE Manager role.
Proven PMCM infrastructure project experience; GCC/KSA exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead all Health, Safety & Environmental activities across the infrastructure project for the PMCM team.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve the HSE Management Plan and procedures.
Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and international best practices.
Review and approve contractors’ HSE plans, risk assessments, and emergency procedures.
Monitor performance, conduct audits, incidents investigations, and manage KPIs.
