Job summary

People Group Arabia is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join a major mega-project in Saudi Arabia. The role requires senior-level expertise and a proven track record on large construction or infrastructure programs.

You will lead HSE teams, drive a strong safety culture, manage contractors, and implement systems for risk assessment and incident investigation in line with international standards. Candidates should have NEBOSH/IOSH/CSP or equivalent qualifications and about 15 years of HSE

Qualifications

15 years’ HSE experience gained within major construction, infrastructure or complex project environments.
Experience on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
Experience managing HSE teams and driving a strong safety culture.
Knowledge of HSE management systems, risk assessment and incident investigation.
Experience managing contractors and subcontractors.
Understanding of international HSE standards and best practice.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
