Parsons is seeking an experienced HS&E Lead to advise and support project and program teams in implementing SH&E programs in line with corporate and regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes audits, site inspections, incident investigations, and continuous improvement across high-risk projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years in Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE/SH&E) roles.
• Advanced knowledge of health and safety regulations, compliance requirements, and reporting procedures.
• Strong understanding of safety standards (ANSI, NFPA, and similar).
• Experience conducting inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and root cause analyses.
• Experience supporting risk assessments and corrective action programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary, high-risk projects.

Responsabilités

• Advise and support PM/Prog Management teams in SH&E programs per corporate, regulatory, and client requirements.
• Guide project personnel on ESHARP policies and procedures.
• Audit projects and worksites for SH&E compliance.
• Perform site inspections to identify hazards and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit audit and inspection reports with recommendations.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions.
• Develop and communicate lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Analyze trends in audits, inspections, and incidents for management decisions.
• Represent Parsons during regulatory inspections and client reviews.
