Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Site HSE Manager to join our team for a unique construction supervision project. You will lead safety efforts, conduct site walks, and chair H&S meetings while ensuring compliance with project and code requirements.

You will mentor safety specialists, audit contractor safety, and contribute to periodic safety reports, bringing extensive HSSEQ expertise and leadership to the role.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc degree required.
• 10+ years of related work experience in Health and Safety, including supervisory experience.
• NEBOSH Diploma or OHSA Management Certifications required.
• Advanced HSSEQ knowledge and practices.
• Ability to lead incident investigations, including Root Cause Analysis and lessons learned.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to periodic safety reports.
• Audit contractor safety compliance.
• Mentor and lead a team of safety specialists.
• Review contractor documentation for safety and code compliance.
• Conduct daily site walks with contractors.
• Chair H&S meetings and workshops.
