• Bachelor's degree in OH&S, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years HSE experience; 10+ years experience also considered.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001/14001.
• Good English communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide HSE support across project sites and operations.
• Conduct HSE inspections, risk assessments, and JSA reviews.
• Lead HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
• Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and corrective actions.
