Job summary

Uplift People Consulting is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations across its Saudi Arabia locations. You will drive employee lifecycle activities, payroll coordination, and HRIS data accuracy while ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and nationalization targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in QSR, F&B, retail, or hospitality.
• Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple locations and a sizeable frontline workforce.
• Strong working knowledge of Saudi labor laws, Saudization, Nitaqat, payroll, and HR compliance.
• Hands-on experience in employee relations, HR administration, and workforce planning.
• Experience coordinating high-volume recruitment, overseas hiring, and employee mobilization.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Zoho People) and strong Excel/reporting skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree required; professional HR certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave, benefits, and HRIS data accuracy across multiple locations.
• Ensure consistent HR service delivery and compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Lead Saudization initiatives, monitor Nitaqat compliance, and support nationalization targets.
• Manage visa, work permits, and residency processes through Government Relations.
• Oversee high-volume recruitment, workforce planning, and employee mobilization.
• Provide HR guidance to multi-site leadership and restaurant management teams.
• Maintain accurate employee records and monitor key HR metrics.
