Job summary

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Riyadh is seeking a Management-level leader to oversee Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club and Laundry operations where applicable.

You will direct staff, verify guestrooms and public spaces are clean, and ensure adherence to standards while helping manage the operating budget. The role requires either a high school diploma or GED with 2 years in housekeeping or a related field, or a 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or related major with no experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or an equivalent 2-year degree.
• 2 years of experience in housekeeping or related area, or a 2-year degree with no experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations of Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club and Laundry when applicable.
• Direct and coordinate staff to ensure guestrooms, public spaces and employee areas are clean and well maintained.
• Inspect, communicate, and enforce housekeeping standards and budget goals.
• Supervise staffing, training, and time/attendance tracking to optimize service and efficiency.
