Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Lead Product Service Engineer to provide direct technical support for global Gas Power customers across control platforms, HMIs, and security domains.

You will mentor teams and lead RCA investigations while communicating guidance to customers and internal stakeholders. The role requires a Bachelor's/Master's in engineering and at least 7 years in HMI platforms, industrial networks, and cyber security at power plants; strong English and Arabic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in engineering from accredited university.
• Minimum 7 years of direct experience with HMI platforms, industrial networks, historians, and industrial cyber security at power plants.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong oral and written communication in English language.
• This role requires around 10-15% travel within and outside of the region.

Responsibilities

• Own technical resolution to complex Controls system issues (Mark VI/VIe, HMI, industrial networks) at power plants.
• Identify trending issues and provide countermeasures; communicate to the relevant audience.
• Collaborate with Design Eng., Product Management, regional centers, manufacturing, sourcing, vendors, and customers to provide timely resolution.
• Drive RCAs through root cause analysis and corrective actions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and promote GE Vernova Way traits, lean principles, and simplification into day-to-day activities.
