Job summary

GE Vernova Power Conversion & Storage in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Site Operations Leader to oversee installation and maintenance activities for critical equipment at client sites. You will drive safety, quality, and operational excellence, with a focus on scaling local capabilities for the SEC project.

You will lead field service technicians and engineers, ensuring adequate resources and coordination with project managers, technical support, and EHS managers to achieve global business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years leading operational teams in industrial or technical environments.
• English proficiency mandatory; Arabic is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation and maintenance activities at client sites.
• Champion and develop a proactive EHS culture across all sites.
• Lead, mentor, and foster collaboration within a field service team of technicians and engineers.
• Define operational rhythm and manage team performance to meet project milestones.
• Coordinate with external suppliers to supplement internal resources and work with cross-functional teams.
