Job summary

A leading construction organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of major high-rise tower developments, from mobilization through handover, with full responsibility for schedule, budget, quality, safety and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, 15+ years in construction and 8+ years in project management, and proven success delivering Saudi high-rise projects valued over SAR 500

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 15+ years of construction experience.
• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience delivering high-rise building and tower projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated PM responsibility on high-rise projects valued > SAR 500 million.
• Strong contractor-side construction background.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing full project lifecycle.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, QA/QC and HSE management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of major high-rise building developments across Saudi Arabia, with full responsibility for schedule, budget, quality, safety and stakeholder management.
• Ensure successful project delivery from mobilization through to handover, meeting all contractual and safety requirements.

This opportunity is ideally suited to construction professionals with a proven track record of managing large‑scale tower projects from mobilization through to handover, whilst maintaining full responsibility for schedule, budget, quality, safety, stakeholder management, and overall project delivery performance.

Lead the delivery of major high‑rise building developments across Saudi Arabia, ensuring full responsibility for schedule, budget, quality, safety, stakeholder management, and overall project delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 15+ years of construction experience
• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Proven experience delivering high‑rise building and tower projects within Saudi Arabia
• Demonstrated Project Management responsibility on high‑rise projects valued in excess of SAR 500 million
• Strong contractor‑side construction background
• Experience managing the full project lifecycle from planning and mobilization through to completion and handover
• Strong commercial, contractual, and stakeholder management capability
• Experience leading multidisciplinary construction, engineering, and subcontractor teams
• Strong understanding of project controls, budgeting, scheduling, QA/QC, and HSE management
