Job summary

Alawaly Real Estate is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead high-rise tower projects and hotel developments in Saudi Arabia. You will drive scope, budget, and schedule, coordinate contractors and consultants, and ensure on‑time handovers with strict quality and safety standards.

The role requires international project governance experience, strong leadership, fluent English and Arabic, and a PMP or equivalent certification. Expect complex coordination across multiple stakeholders and sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field with professional licensure preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in construction or real estate development.
• Proven track record managing high-rise tower projects and hotel/hospitality assignments.
• Strong English and Arabic communication and leadership capabilities.
• PMP certification or equivalent professional credential is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review project scope, budget target, schedule, and study outputs to plan execution.
• Prepare PM Execution Plan, milestones, and cross‑department integration strategy.
• Monitor critical path, baseline schedule, and progress against milestones.
• Lead procurement, contracts, variation orders, and claims management.
• Oversee HSE, quality controls, ITPs, NCRs, and handover activities.
• Coordinate stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and specialist subcontractors.
• Prepare periodic reports for General Manager and PMO.
• Manage risk register, cash flow, and forecast costs with EAC updates.
