Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead high-rise building programs in Jeddah. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, align project objectives with PMC standards, and ensure design intent translates into field execution across the full lifecycle from budgeting through closeout.

The role requires deep expertise in design-build coordination, strong financial acumen, and proven leadership of multiple managers and trade partners in complex developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 20 years of progressive construction management experience, with at least 10 years managing high-rise or complex multi-story construction projects
• Proven experience with full project lifecycle management, including pre-construction, design coordination, procurement, construction execution, and closeout
• Demonstrated expertise in design-build integration and coordination between design intent and field execution
• Strong knowledge of PMC (Project Management Company) standards, practices, and protocols
• Proficiency in construction management software and project controls tools
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience supervising multiple managers, supervisors, and trade partners
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated P&L management responsibility on projects of significant scale
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversees overall management and administration of high-rise construction projects, aligning objectives with PMC standards
• Provides strategic guidance to subordinate managers and serves as liaison between AECOM, clients, and design teams
• Ensures compliance with design specs, budget, and schedule through senior oversight and coordination
• Manages complete lifecycle from pre-construction budgeting to closeout, including shop drawing development and RFI management
• Coordinates with design teams to address constructability issues and value engineering opportunities
• Maintains significant profit/loss responsibility and manages complex vertical logistics and safety protocols
