Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 15 years of professional project management experience.
• PM certification (PMP or PRINCE2) or equivalent.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficiency with project management software: MS Project, Asana, Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple phases (planning to closure).
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with proactive strategies.
• Manage scope changes and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure QA and compliance with standards and regulations.
• Mentor and develop project team members.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships and costs.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain relationships.
• Support business development through client engagement and proposals.
• Analyze performance data to derive lessons learned and improvements.
