Parsons Corporation in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Commissioning Engineer to oversee program-wide testing, commissioning, completion, and handover of complex infrastructure. You will coordinate across civil, MEP, utilities, ITS, power, drainage, and other systems to ensure documentation, testing, and acceptance are complete.

You will drive readiness gates, supervise multidisciplinary teams, review contractor plans, and maintain handover trackers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional engineering experience.
• Significant experience with infrastructure testing, commissioning, completion and handover.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement program-wide testing, commissioning, completion, and handover strategies aligned with PMO requirements.
• Establish handover procedures, readiness criteria, workflows, checklists, responsibility matrices, and acceptance gates.
• Define Substantial Completion, Final Handover, and closeout stages.
• Review contractor T&C plans, I&TPs, and submissions.
• Monitor Construction Acceptance Tests and verification activities.
• Coordinate commissioning interfaces across civil, mechanical, electrical, utilities, and ITS systems.
• Verify test results, commissioning records, and asset transfer readiness.
