Novo Nordisk A/S in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Sr. Manager to own Gross-to-Net governance and drive performance analysis, planning and forecasting. You will collaborate with Commercial Excellence and International Operations teams to ensure disciplined investment decisions and value realization.

The role requires deep financial acumen, advanced analytics, and strong stakeholder management, with English fluency and integrity guiding daily decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in consumer health, pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors.
• 3+ years in Gross-to-Net or net revenue management, pricing, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of gross-to-net waterfall, discounts, rebates and net sales drivers.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI (or similar) analytics experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional governance and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end Gross-to-Net governance in Saudi Arabia.
• Build and maintain a transparent Gross-to-Net waterfall across deductions and investments.
• Lead reviews with Trade, Pricing, Marketing and Finance; reconcile actuals vs. plan.
• Define objectives and approval routes for all Gross-to-Net elements.
• Identify revenue leakage and propose corrective actions and investments.
• Develop dashboards and scorecards; support annual planning and rolling forecasts.
• Improve data quality, dashboards, and manage external data providers.
