Khazna is expanding its consumer business in Saudi Arabia and Egypt. We are seeking a Senior Director of Growth to build and scale a data-driven growth function across B2B2C and D2C, reporting to the Group CEO and shaping the customer lifecycle from acquisition to lifetime value.

You will lead growth initiatives across markets, collaborate with Product, Technology, Analytics and Risk, and establish measurement and experimentation to drive sustainable profitability.

• Significant senior leadership experience in growth within consumer fintech, digital financial services, e-commerce, marketplaces or high-growth consumer technology.
