Job summary

Soar is seeking a CEO in Saudi Arabia to translate the company’s strategic vision into measurable outcomes across regulatory, commercial, and operational domains. You will build and lead a high-performing Saudi leadership team, drive growth, and maintain governance and risk management excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including executive or general management responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience in fintech, banking, financial services, mortgage finance, real estate finance, or a closely related sector.
• Proven track record of leading business growth, building strategic partnerships, and delivering measurable commercial results.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Soar’s Saudi Arabia business strategy in alignment with the company’s long-term vision.
• Lead business expansion, market penetration, and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Identify new revenue opportunities, strategic partnerships, and scalable business models.
• Establish clear business objectives, KPIs, and performance management frameworks.
• Monitor regulatory developments and engage with regulators to ensure governance and compliance.
